Having defeated the Zeon menace, the Earth Federation has become authoritative toward many space colonies. Its elite military force, the Titans, are using methods deemed suitable to control these colonies and punish any suspected enemy. A growing rebellion led by AEGU fights against this oppressive force. Kamille Biden, a young civilian, joins AEGU and pilots a new version of Gundam, which was stolen from the Titans, to fight for freedom, never suspecting how tragic war really is.
