When Takumi, an anime-obsessed recluse and gamer, has a chat room encounter with the mysterious Shogun, he's shown a gruesome murder scene. As someone seems to be watching him and the world around him unravels, Takumi soon becomes a paranoid murder suspect caught up in something called the New Generation Madness. As he tries to discern what is reality and a delusion, Takumi even suspects his classmate and good female friend Rimi is somehow involved in it as well.
